When he's not working, Michael indulges in a wide range of hobbies and pastimes. He's an avid world traveler who loves to explore new cultures and cuisines, and he's always planning his next adventure and where to fly next. Michael is also a skilled huntsman and master angler, and he has a passion for hunting and fishing that he shares with his teams. In fact, during the fishing season, you can often find him on the water in Morehead City, NC with his friends and colleagues, competing in fishing tournaments like the “Big Rock” and Band the Billfish under the team names "Done Deal" and "Heels N Reels". Michael and his 2 boys Myles and Mikey along with Done Deals’s first-mate’s son won 1st, 2nd &3rd place in the second annual 2022 Kids Big Rock. Michael on Heels & Reels also won the 33rd N.C. Ducks Unlimited ‘Band the Billfish tournament. Additionally, Michael is a skilled basketball player with a precise jump shot, and he also enjoys playing golf in his free time.
