Scott Biggers has been an employee with IDP since 2014. A long time friend of Michael's he was hired by Michael's father at Dry-Tech in 2004. Scott has recently completed the "The CLubhouse" Project in Louisville, ky and is now working on Odenton Town Center project in Odenton Maryland for Clark Builders.
